How to Request a Medical Appointment

At Lion Health, we aim to make requesting a medical appointment as simple and convenient as possible. You can request an appointment using one of the options below.

Request Online (Recommended)

The quickest and easiest way to request an appointment is by using our secure online consultation system. This allows our clinical team to review your request and respond safely and efficiently. You don’t need an app, just access to the internet.

 Consult Us Online     https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/M87011

Available between 8:00am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday

Check out our Frequently Asked Questions about requesting an appointment online

By Telephone (If You Cannot Use Online Services)

If you are unable to use the online consultation system, our reception team can complete the request on your behalf over the phone.

Please use this option only if online access is not available to you.

           Call 01384 460111      Available between 8:00am – 6:30pm, Monday to Friday

Visit Reception

You are welcome to visit the surgery and speak to our Patient Services team during normal opening hours.  Our staff can help you submit an appointment request using our online system.

You are also welcome to use our tablet which is located at our Patient Information Point within the main waiting area. This is completely confidential and staff will be on hand to assist should you require support.

Helpful Tip:
Most appointment requests can be handled online. Using the online system helps reduce waiting times and ensures requests are dealt with in order of clinical need.

Enhanced access
