Help with a Health Problem – available 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday (use this to request any type of appointment for a new or ongoing medical issue including nurses appointments, vaccinations, smear tests, B12 injections, wound checks)
Or
An Admin Query – available 24hrs, 7 days a week (use this to request a repeat prescription, request a fit (sick) note, follow-up on a referral, request a doctor’s letter or use the simple ‘other admin request’ for anything else such as changing contact details
This digital survey is for members of the public within the Black Country.
This is for the BCICB to determine whether GP services are being accessed digitally and help improve outcomes for residents. Therefore, they would like to understand how many people in the Black Country don’t have access to a digital device, or the right connectivity.
