Key Topic - New Appointment System

Lion Health Medical Practice is committed to providing high quality medical care. By being such a large practice we are able to offer a wide variety of clinics and services, often without needing to refer patients to other locations. However, in response to feedback from both patients and staff alike, it is clear that improvements can be made to how our services are accessed. In order to improve access for our patients we intend to make significant changes to our current appointment system. This will involve;

1.  Improvements to our telephone lines.
2.  Promoting the appropriate use of our clinics.
3.  The development of a new appointment system designed to distinguish between those with acute or new medical problems and those with ongoing and chronic problems.
