Vacancy 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Minor Illness

We are looking to recruit a talented and highly motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our large clinical team. You must be able to demonstrate a high standard of clinical excellence and have experience dealing with minor illnesses. The full job description and personal specification is below.

This is a full time position – 37 hours per week. Shift pattern to be finalised after discussion with the applicant.

Salary: £41,248 – £49,467 per annum – dependant on qualifications and experience

Vacancy 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Housebound patients

We are looking for experienced community nurses to join our large clinical team. You must be able to demonstrate a high standard of clinical excellence and have experience dealing with Long Term Conditions and vulnerable/housebound patients. The full job description and personal specification is below.

This is a full time position – 37 hours per week. Shift pattern to be finalised after discussion with the applicant.

Salary: £41,248 – £49,467 per annum – dependant on qualifications and experience
