Team Leader: Long Term Conditions/Data Quality/Facilities

Lion Health is looking to recruit a proactive Team Leader to join our management team.

Applicants should have experience of working within Primary Care or similar, and should have adaptable skills enabling you to work within our Long Term Conditions & Data Quality Team and Facilities work-stream.  

You will ensure that the service we provide our patients is at an excellent standard, and that your teams remain focused and compliant with practice processes and protocols.

For your application to be considered, you must have:

  • An interest and an appreciation of long term conditions, clinical coding and facilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience of supervising others.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Efficient and accurate administration and IT skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task.
  • A professional manner.
  • Enthusiasm and energy.
  • A good command of the Microsoft Office Package.
  • A minimum 5 GCSE’s A-C (including Maths and English).


Salary:  £10.16 - £12.21 p/hour.

Hours:  Permanent Position.  37 hours over 5 days.  It is expected that applicants will be flexible to work to cover for annual leave and sickness absence in addition to core hours.
